LLC in Ukraine: law and practice

Igor Dykunskyy, LL.M., and Olga Ianushevych, LL.M., prepared a comprehensive article for a well-known German publisher «Legal Regulation of Limited Liability Companies», 4th edition (Das Handbuch des internationalen GmbH-Rechts, 4. Auflage), which was published in Decenber 2021.

The publication deals with the peculiarities of limited liability company activities in Ukraine and provides for a detailed analysis of practical aspects, which should be taken into consideration upon choosing this type of company. In addition, it contains information on the taxation regime applicable to a limited liability company and the special features of liquidation of LLCs in Ukraine.
