Internal compliance frameworks and contract templates for VisionFund Ukraine
DLF attorneys-at-law provided comprehensive legal support to VisionFund Ukraine, a finance company operating under the umbrella of the international VisionFund network.
The legal assistance focused on developing a complete set of internal compliance documents tailored to VisionFund Ukraine’s operational needs. This included the preparation of internal policies, contract templates, and data protection guidelines essential for launching and scaling financial services in Ukraine.
DLF conducted a detailed legal review in areas such as personal data protection, the lending process, and organisational risk management. Given the challenges of operating in a war-affected environment, particular attention was paid to compliance with Ukrainian legislation and international standards, ensuring both legal clarity and practical applicability of the documents in real-world conditions.
The project was led and implemented by DLF counsels Iurii Dynys and Yaroslav Anikieiev.
“We highly value our cooperation with VisionFund Ukraine and are proud to support an organisation that works to expand access to financial services for entrepreneurs and small businesses often neglected by banks, especially during times of crisis. Our approach combines deep sectoral expertise with practical business insight to ensure our clients can operate confidently and efficiently,” says Igor Dykunskyy, LL.M., Partner at DLF attorneys-at-law.
