Transfer pricing in Ukraine

DLF’s lawyers prepared an analytical article for the German publisher NWB, which deals with transfer pricing rules in Ukraine following amendments to the Tax Code in 2015, as well as clarifications issued by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

The article provides detailed analysis of transfer pricing rules in Ukraine, in particular, each method of transfer pricing and definitions of terms, such as related persons and controlled transactions.
